Tourisme Montréal has been appointed as the official Assembly housing bureau and all reservations with local hotels will be coordinated through them.

By guaranteeing a minimum number of room sales, the Assembly’s National Organizing Committee has been able to negotiate special conference rates and strongly encourages delegates to use them.  All selected hotels have been pre-screened and are within walking distance form the Assembly venue (map).  Only reservations made through the official Tourism Montreal housing bureau will benefit from the reduced rate and be counted toward the Assembly room block.

Important Information:

The deadline for reservations is June 17, 2009.  Requests received after this date will still be accepted, but on a space and rate availability basis only.

All hotel prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars, per room, per night.  Rates are subject to an additional 10.5% hotel tax and 5% GST.  Visitors residing outside of Canada are eligible for a GST rebate on the guest room portion of their bill.  GST rebate forms are available for you at your hotel when checking out.
